At Jollybrolly we want you to be 100% happy with your new purchase and the service you have received.  To further enhance your purchase and provide the best possible shopping experience we have the following additional policies which you can take advantage of up to 7 days after your purchase which apply to any umbrella order from Jollybrolly.

 

7 Day Returns


If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Jollybrolly or the service you have received, we are happy to offer a 7 day "no quibble" returns policy.  Simply contact our customer services team who will advise on how to return the item and provided this is in an unused condition and acceptable for resale, we will offer a full refund less any delivery fees paid.  Branded orders are excluded from our 7 day returns policy.

 

Price Match Guarentee


At Jollybrolly we want to offer you the best value for money, so should you find the same umbrella cheaper elsewhere in the next 7 days we will refund the difference.  The price you find must be from an online retailer and the price must include delivery.  We are unable to offer this price match against any stores owned operated by Jollybrolly under different names, but happy to include any Amazon or Ebay retailers.  Simply contact our customer services with the address of the lower priced website and once confirmed we will issue an immediate refund.
